SHIPPING POLICY

We process your order during working days from Monday to Friday and all orders will be processed on the following day.

It might take 2-3 working days to process your order, the process consists of checking of product, payment and packing the product before sending it to the shipping company (PosLaju/Ninja Van/J&T).

We are not responsible for any loss of the good after shipping company has delivered the parcel to the designated address and any wrong shipment information from customer.

Customer need to pay the shipping fee one more time if there is a mistake due to customer’s condition and refuse by customer.

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through bymadeeha.com are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only. Exchange of design and colour is not acceptable. Exchange of size will be considered.  Items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Return of items must be made within 7 days with the details of the order such as order number, purchased date and the reason to exchange or return. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.

Sales Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
We reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
